Here are a few natural occurrences you might expect: 1. Air Bubbles Our high-performance urethane may contain tiny air bubbles, a natural part of the manufacturing process. These are harmless and won't affect performance. We have specific criteria to ensure these bubbles are minimal: Skate surface: Up to 3 bubbles, each 3mm or smaller, not grouped together. Wheel Face and Lip: Up to 2 bubbles, each 2mm or smaller, not grouped together. Back of the wheel: Up to 2 bubbles, each 4mm or smaller, not grouped together. 2. Streaks The face of the wheel may exhibit subtle streaks, adding a unique visual touch. 3. Slight Hub Scratches Before pouring the urethane, the hub is prepared through sandblasting and priming. A clamp during this process can sometimes leave a tiny imperfection on the hub. 4. Grooves We hand-buff the grooves in each wheel, ensuring a faster break-in period. This personal touch means each wheel will be slightly different, showcasing the artistry of the final buff.
